This was another favorite when we were catering.
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoon hellman's mayonnaise
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 teaspoon worchestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1 tablespoon chopped almonds
1 package of sliced ham
Mix all the ingredients together except for the ham. Spread each slice of ham with the cream cheese mixture. Roll the ham up. With the seam side down slice across the ham roll. You will want your pieces to be about an inch long. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can even freeze for up to a month.
