1 1/2 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/3 cup oil
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup blueberries
Mix all ingredients except blueberries until well blended. Fold in blueberries. Spoon into muffin tins and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 400 till golden brown. About 20 minutes.
